SmartOne IPTV Setup Guide for LG & Samsung TVsPlayer4K

About SmartOne IPTV

SmartOne IPTV is a dedicated IPTV player for LG WebOS and Samsung Orsay TVs with enhanced features for live TV streaming. This guide covers the installation and setup process.

NOTE: Different installation methods are required for different TV models and operating systems.

LG WebOS TV Installation

For WebOS 1.0 to 6.0 (2015~2021 years of production):

1. Install From LG Content Store

Install the app SmartOne IPTV from LG Content Store.

2. Launch the App

Access SmartOne IPTV APP from APPS HOME:

  1. Go to APPS HOME
  2. Scroll and find SmartOne IPTV
  3. Launch the App

Samsung Orsay TV Installation

For Orsay TVs, non-Tizen TVs (E/ES/F/S/H/HU/J4/J5 - 2012~2015 years of production):

1. Developer Mode Installation

  1. Activate developer mode: Developer Mode Guide
  2. Use Sync server IP address 5.78.42.49 or 49.12.205.228
  3. Start App Sync / User Application Synchronization

2. Launch the App

Once the app has downloaded it will appear on the SmartHub screen:

  1. Go to SmartHub
  2. Scroll and find SmartOne IPTV
  3. Launch the App

3. USB Installation (Alternative)

  1. Download the archive: smartone_orsay.zip
  2. Unzip to the root folder of USB stick
  3. Insert USB into your TV
  4. Wait for the app to appear on Samsung Apps screen

Note: You may need to extract to the root of a FAT32 USB drive. The app will appear in My Apps. Some Orsay models may not support USB installation.

Set Custom Logo for SmartOne APP

1. Login to Your Account

Access the client area at: HERE

2. Navigate to Settings

  1. Go to "Manage devices"
  2. Select "My Settings"

3. Upload Your Logo

  1. Select the logo you want to set
  2. Click submit

After successful upload, the new logo will appear on all devices with your playlist.
