Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Download ELK Player from your device's app store.

2. Write down the 12-digit MAC code that appears when you open the application.

This is your unique device identifier needed for setup.

3. After entering HERE from your computer or phone, you will see a screen similar to the image below, enter your MAC address in the "delete playlist(s)" field, click "delete all" and delete the pre-installed lists.

4. At the same address, from the "upload playlist(s)" field, enter your Petra TV link in the "playlist name" section and your m3u link provided to you by Petra TV in the "playlist url" section.

5. Close the application and restart your TV. When you log in to the application again, Petra TV channel list will be loaded on your device.

6. HOW TO NAVIGATE LIVE TV:

TV REMOTE CONTROL:

• Arrows (UP / DOWN): navigate in channels list.
• Arrows (LEFT / RIGHT): Navigate by 10 items in channels list.
• SELECT (OK): load channel in play mode.
• RETURN: hide channels list.
• YELLOW button: add/remove channel from favoris list.
• GREEN button: show channel categories (groups).
• BLUE button: search channel in a category.
• RED button: exit live tv and go to home page app.

IN PLAY MODE:

• SELECT (OK): show channels list.
• P+/P- or Arrows (UP / DOWN): next or previous channel.
• Arrows (LEFT / RIGHT): show/hide current channel information (EPG).

Does ELK PLAYER contain any channels? Where can I get a good playlist?

No, the ELK PLAYER application does not include any channels and no information will be provided about where you can get channels or channel packages. Also, application developers are not responsible for the content uploaded to ELK PLAYER.

My MAC address has changed after I switched to another connection type.

Each TV has 2 MAC addresses (1st is WiFi, 2nd is Ethernet) and a 2nd MAC has activated automatically after you switch to another connection type and restart the app. MAC address is unique for every TV and cannot be changed manually. Since app version 3.0.0 for LG webOS TVs, there is no access to the MAC address, so only device ID is available in the app, but it will be activated automatically after app launch if you activated your TV before. You can use your old MAC to upload a playlist too.

On my LG TV, I have an application looping between Loading and Activation screens.

Turn your TV off from the power outlet (cord) for ~1 minute to clear the cache and then try again.

I get "Check playlist URL"

In the case of Check playlist URL, you can try turning off your TV/device from the power cord for ~1 minute to clear device cache. Also, try long-pressing "0" or "CH", or long mouse click "Reload" button to force reload of playlist URL (disable app cache).
